Avocado, kiwi and lime ice lollies recipe
Our bright and zesty super green lollies are made with vitamin-packed fruits and refreshing coconut water for a nutritious summer snack.
- avocado 1 ripe, cut into chunks
- kiwi fruits 2, cut into chunks
- coconut water 400ml
- lime 1, juiced
1. Whizz all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, then pour into 8 lolly moulds. Fix the lid over the moulds, insert wooden lolly sticks and freeze until needed.
